Your child will have a dedicated personal guardian, with expertise in child protection and  customer service to provide the support and mentoring your child needs for their stay in the UK.

Registration for Guardianship

Liaising with your child’s designated school/university to register GlobedEducationServices Ltd as your child’s legal guardian in the UK.

Official Documents

Providing official documents as required by schools and authorities including the National Health Service.

Emergency Contact

Your child will have access to us as a 24/7 emergency point of contact, for immediate support in health and safety.

Regular Contact

Regular communication will be maintained between Child and Primary Corresponding Parent, and our Guardians.

Communicating between all departments of the school, translating and explaining to parents and replying to the school accordingly.

We will maintain contact with your child at least weekly.

Termly reports with school teachers or house master, translating and explaining to parents and replying to the school accordingly.

Guardianship Whatsapp and WeChat support

Your child  will have access to GlobedEducationServices Whatsapp and Wechat groups for continuous personalised support.

Premium Host Family
Arrangements

If your chosen school closes for weekends (exeats) or longer school holidays (half
terms) we will allocate your child with a host family, aiming to fulfil all
your requirements. With our families being very high quality with years of
experience in the field. We will take a lot of time and effort to ensure an appropriate,
safe, and secure environment is provided for your child. With health and safety
being our priority under all circumstances

-Home stays
cost between £45-75 per night

Travel arrangements

We will arrange vehicles driven by responsible adults licensed, insured fully security cleared drivers and airport escort services

-Arrangement of taxi transfers will cost £25 per arrangement

-Arrangement of plane/train bookings £25 per arrangement

-Attending  parent’s evenings plus a report to the parents £360

-Assisting with passport or visa renewals in the UK £600

Academic Assistance

Acting on behalf
of your child. We will be the main point of contact with your school and attend
parents’ evenings on your behalf on your request and presenting student reports
to parents with translation.

-Arrangement
of Tutoring will cost £70 per session

Help your
child acquire private academic tutoring for GCSE Level, A-Level and I-B level
in preparation for University. Alongside Personal Statement and interview
preparation.

Providing Academic
progression consultations for your Child and monitoring academic progress to ensure
your child achieves their utmost potential.
